Nebraska Animal Medical Center Adult Pet Wellness:

For maximum wellness, pets require twice-yearly exams, core vaccinations and heartworm prevention (following a negative heartworm test). At NAMC, we also recommend doing a fecal exam and deworming twice a year for adult pets. 

Core vaccines for dogs include DAPLP-C (canine distemper combo, including parvovirus and corona virus), 
bi-annual Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and Rabies. 

Core vaccines for cats include FVRCP - Feline Distemper combination, Feline Leukemia vaccine, and Rabies.

Each time you bring your pet to Nebraska Animal Medical Center, we will go over your pet's health map to help educate you on the vaccines and other recommended preventative care to keep your furry family member as healthy and happy as possible!
